How to view menu bar in IE, Firefox, Google Chrome

In Internet Explorer(IE) and Firefox, it supports showing or hiding menu bar, but there is no menu bar in Google Chrome that makes someone feel a little bit inconvenience.
I am using IE 9 and Firefox 10, they does not show any menu bar by default.I have been familiar with using menu bar, therefore I want to show it in IE and Firefox. How do I can show it?

++ Method 1 : Go to View > Toolbars > Menu Bar , then click on “Menu Bar” to uncheck

Click on the orange colored Firefox button on the top-left of the screen.
Select Options > Menu Bar as below image :
